Food Vendors - including non-profits selling food - have an additional fees for the health department to be paid to Hometown Holidays. It's from $91 to $137 depending on the extent of the preparation of the booth. (Regina will work with you to determine the exact health department fee. We are not sure of fees for 2018 and are checking into it.)
It is advisable that the applicants for food vendors read the SMCHD application very carefully as they have added extra criteria to have a food booth, such as having washable floors, which we do not provide.
The requirements are posted to SMCHD Food Booth Requirements.
For food booths, the Hometown Holidays committee will provide the enclosed food tent only upon request.
All mobile food trucks must show proof of permit from SMCHD
You must return this form along with your booth application if you have a food booth.
