Here are the forms for 2019 Hometown Holidays. We are doing our best to get all the right ones, but as volunteers, we may need to make changes to the forms and/or guidelines.

Business & Non-Profit Booth Applications and CHECK are due no later than November 15th.

Booth Applications - Profit & Non-Profit 2019

  

   Hometown Holidays DOES NOT PROVIDE TENTS

   For all booths, it is mandatory that your tent has sand bags on all four corners.


You need to stay until the event is over. The hours are 10 am to 8 pm and you are required to stay for the entire time.  Once you are assigned a spot you will not be able to move, no changes will be made on the day of the event.


   Vendors Booth Fees are $250.00 for a food booth.

   Vendors Booth Fees are $150.00 for a non-food booth.

   (NEW THIS YEAR) Vendor Booth (non-food only) for under under the big tent (10'x10'): $225

          (no tent needed, limited number, first come, first serve)

   Non-profit Booth Fees are $75 for non-profits under $250,000 budget (Non-profits must show proof of status)

   Non-profit Booth Fees are $125 for non-profits over $250,000


Food Booth Applications, including San Mateo County Health Department Form must be received by October 31.

Food Vendors - including non-profits selling food - have an additional fees for the health department to be paid to Hometown Holidays of $149.


It is advisable that the applicants for food vendors read the SMCHD application very carefully as they have added extra criteria to have a food booth, such as having washable floors, which we do not provide.

All mobile food trucks must show proof of permit from SMCHD

Entertainment Stage Participants:

Entertainment Application   Application deadline is October 15.

   You must return this form to apply for a time on the stage. Slots fill early!


Parade Participants:

  

Everyone loves a parade! Better yet... how about being in a parade, we are accepting applications for this year's

   Annual Children's Parade.


Parade Entry Application 2019 If you will include a float you also need to fill out Parade Float Application. Application deadline is November 15.
